In your first session Meghan will help you evaluate your current habits and sense of healthiness, will help you set goals for your personal well being and help you create an individualized plan for reaching your goals. Your plan will include a dietary plan, a self care regimen, yoga and breath work, and exercise program.
Follow up consultations include:
-Review of your food journal
-Review of your current state of well being and goal progress
-Review of your individualized planned and any necessary adjustments, to your diet, self care, yoga, breath work and exercise programs
