Spring into Strength with SHYFT! Take classes, push your limits, and become stronger in body and mind. Challenge yourself, embrace growth, and feel the transformation with every move. Join the challenge and make this season your strongest yet

Grab a BINGO Challenge card and add your name. Hang it up on the challenge wall. For every class you take during the month of March, you complete one BINGO task and cross it off. You must complete the task, whether it is leaving a review, tagging us on social media, take a specific class, etc to count. For every BINGO you get, you’ll be entered ONE raffle ticket. Complete the whole card and receive an additional entry. Take as many classes as you’d like to complete a task and achieve a BINGO!

Strength in Motion

This class combines Pilates principles with strength training to deepen your practice and in building functional strength, improving posture, and enhancing mind-body connection. This class will help you understand how Pilates techniques can improve your strength training performance and overall body awareness. Come prepared to sweat!
